Anneliese Sendax is a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s Rewards & Wellbeing practice. She began her career in Executive Compensation & Board of Director consulting and then went in-house to help prepare a company for an IPO by building salary structures and liquidity programs for executives. At Deloitte, Anneliese focuses her time on Total Rewards strategy, Broad-based Compensation programs & trends, Job Architecture, Performance Management, and the Future of Work. She has a BA from Dartmouth College and attended the Tuck Bridge Program at Dartmouth’s School of Business.
